About the Role

As a NegJog Operator, you will be based at our office in Chhattisgarh and serve as the frontline point of contact for customers who need help with essential services — government certificates (income, caste, domicile), PAN cards, voter ID, banking services, and licences.

No prior experience needed — NegJog provides full training on every service. As NegJog grows and opens more offices, high-performing operators get first access to senior roles in new branches.

Requirements

🎓
10th Pass (Minimum)
Matric (Class 10) pass is the minimum qualification. Higher education is a plus but not mandatory.

Basic English
Ability to read and fill basic English forms. Hindi fluency is essential.

Local Resident
Must be a resident of the local area in Chhattisgarh. Community knowledge is an advantage.
