NegJog is currently operating from a single office in Chhattisgarh, India, with plans to expand to multiple locations over time. These terms apply to all users across all current and future offices.
NegJog is a service platform that facilitates access to government certificates, banking services, licences, and other essential services through trained operators based at our office(s). We act as an assisted service provider — we help customers complete government processes that they could otherwise do themselves, for a service fee.
NegJog is not a government body and is not affiliated with any government department. We facilitate applications on your behalf through official portals.

NegJog charges a service fee in addition to any government fees for processing your application. Government fees are set by the respective government bodies and are non-refundable. Our service fees are disclosed at the time of service and are subject to change. You will always be informed of the total cost before we begin processing your application.

Any submission of false documents is illegal and NegJog accepts no liability for applications rejected due to inaccurate or fraudulent information provided by the customer.
Individuals who apply to become NegJog operators agree that the information submitted in their application is truthful and accurate. Submitting an application does not guarantee a position. NegJog reserves the right to accept or reject any application at its discretion. Operator roles are office-based and currently available only at our Chhattisgarh location. As NegJog expands, opportunities may open in new locations.
NegJog provides its services on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that any government application will be approved, as approval is entirely at the discretion of the relevant government authority. We are not responsible for delays caused by government processing systems, portal downtimes, or policy changes.
To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, NegJog shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our maximum liability to any customer shall not exceed the service fee paid for the specific transaction in question.
All content on the NegJog website — including the brand name, logo, design, text, and graphics — is the property of NegJog. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from use of our platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Chhattisgarh, India.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of our platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
